Job Description:

As Supply Chain Operative, you will support the Buying and R&D Teams, requiring proven Supply Chain experience, ideally with a related bachelor’s degree. You should be tenacious, possess excellent communication skills including fluent Mandarin (written and spoken), have strong attention to detail, be IT literate, and excel at time management. Experience with contract processing is highly advantageous.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Using supply chain tools and systems, primarily Zoho Inventory.
  • Communicating with vendors (domestic and overseas), including pricing negotiations.
  • Locating new suppliers.
  • Ordering samples and assessing them.
  • Assisting R&D and Buying teams with ordering and stock management of new products.
  • Setting up new products in the system.
  • Arranging sea and air shipments with logistics providers.
  • Processing orders and creating purchase orders.
  • Maintaining accurate in-house records.
  • Liaising within Supply Chain and with other departments to resolve stock issues.
  • Developing relationships with third-party companies.
  • Placing online orders.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team and other staff on Supply Chain inquiries.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain operations.
  • Using relevant software like MS Office.
  • Investigating and resolving work-related problems and errors.
  • Performing administrative tasks related to Supply Chain.
