Job Description:

Title: Supply Chain & Operations Manager

Overview: Refyne are partnered with a fast-growing, purpose-led brand in the wellness and beauty sector that’s transforming how people approach hair health. With a hero product that’s won multiple industry awards and earned rave reviews from consumers and professionals alike, this company is scaling quickly across DTC and retail channels in the UK and internationally. The team is passionate about sustainability, clean ingredients and natural wellness, and they’re looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to help take the brand to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and 3PL providers.
• Lead procurement of raw materials and packaging, ensuring quality and cost control.
• Oversee contract manufacturing timelines and compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels across all platforms and locations.
• Develop data-driven demand forecasts to support procurement and minimise stockouts or overages.
• Own inventory system processes and reporting.
• Oversee logistics and distribution for both B2C and B2B channels.
• Work closely with fulfilment partners to ensure timely, accurate order dispatch.
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce costs and improve delivery experience.
• Develop and refine SOPs for operational workflows.
• Analyse performance data and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, customer service and marketing to ensure smooth operational alignment.

You Are:

• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally within CPG, beauty, wellness or supplements.
• Comfortable working in a scale-up environment, hands-on, proactive and adaptable.
• Strong experience with forecasting, procurement and managing suppliers.
• Familiar with inventory management software and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, DEAR, Unleashed).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-led decisions.
• A passion for health, wellness, or sustainable consumer products is a strong plus.
