Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Supply Chain Operational Excellence Leader based in Plymouth, MN, to drive the MOS-based operations program across the Electrophysiology supply chain. You will guide cross-functional teams, deliver high-impact process improvements, and sustain gains through coaching and governance.

You will lead multiple strategic initiatives, develop best-practice playbooks, and partner with EP OPEX to advance performance in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or business.
MUST have experience leading OPEX transformation in complex supply chain.
8+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Improvement. Manufacturing experience preferred.
2-4 years of demonstrated success in applying Continuous Improvement tools.
Lean/Six Sigma; Black belt preferred.
Willingness to travel (to facilitate personal development and support of other sites) 20%.
Demonstrated effective functioning and communication in a matrix environment.
Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This position works out of our Plymouth, MN location for our Electrophysiology business.In Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we’re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.

What You’ll Work On

$113,300.00 – $226,700.00
