Job summary

Searchability NS&D is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee a portfolio of suppliers on-site, driving performance, and enabling seamless material flow. The role focuses on risk management, demand forecasting, and supplier recovery to ensure on-time delivery.

You will leverage SAP and MRP systems, work with digital tools for data-driven decisions, and support continuous improvement across procurement and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong understanding of MRP and SAP within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proven supplier-facing experience, including performance management and recovery activities.
• Experience with digital tools and automation within a supply chain context.
• A good understanding of LEAN and project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of suppliers daily using existing and emerging digital tools.
• Anticipating risks, manage demand and forecasts, and drive proactive mitigation actions.
• Leading and driving supplier recoveries, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery performance.
• Challenging supplier performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Acting as the first point of contact for supply chain queries from operations.
• Coordinating supplier working parties and manage order books, including maintaining MRP Master Data.
• Using data management tools to analyse performance and make informed decisions.
• Optimising stock levels and ordering strategies for procured goods.
• Partnering with Supply Chain Quality Managers and Commercial Buyers to deliver an integrated procurement approach.
• Contributing to supply chain transformation projects, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement.
