We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Head Office Supply Chain team as an Office Administrator, supporting the Director of Supply Chain in a varied and fast-paced role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, communication, and working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. You’ll assist with reporting, project coordination, meeting preparation and general operational tasks that contribute to the wider success of the Supply Chain function. If you’re highly organised, confident with data, and enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders, this is a great opportunity to support at a strategic level and gain valuable exposure across the business.

What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate the Directors calendar
• Arrange and facilitate national meetings
• Oversee office administration and travel arrangements
• Run, maintain and issue various reports to the wider business
• Assist the director in ad hoc tasks
• Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise well
• Intermediate Excel and Power Point skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results
• A team player who is adaptable and keen to learn
