Supply Chain & Manufacturing Principal - Europe

What You'll Do:

• Drive the overall Supply Chain Practice growth in EU through expertise, innovation, and collaboration with other leaders.
• Lead large-scale client business development and delivery engagements in the Supply Chain & Manufacturing industry, focusing on SC Analytics, Data, & AI.
• Consistently deliver quality client services and high-quality work products within expected timeframes and budgets.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
• Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Provide constructive on-the-job feedback and coaching to team members.
• Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
• Mentor junior consultants within the organization.
• Demonstrate deep industry sector knowledge with functional expertise across operations.
• Quickly assimilate new knowledge and demonstrate strong business acumen.
• Remain current on new developments in advisory services and industry knowledge.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in supply chain & manufacturing management consulting with deep knowledge of Supply Chain Analytics.
• 10+ years in a leadership role within a professional services firm.
• Experience driving revenue with existing clients and developing new prospects at the executive level.
• Prior experience in Supply Chain & Manufacturing.
• Forward thinker, self-starter, adaptable to new challenges.
• Ability to lead virtual teams across multiple projects.
• High motivation and self-starting attitude.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Executive-level presence and communication skills.

Fluency in English required; additional European languages desirable.
