Role: Supply Chain Manager - Retail & B2B

As a Supply Chain Manager - Retail & B2B, you'll:

  1. Maximise product availability and sales through the Retail arm of the division globally.
  2. Feed forecasts into supply and production planning, collaborating to address challenges and report back to sales functions and retail customers.
  3. Analyse adherence to forecasts and partner with customers to enhance accuracy over time.
  4. Manage new Retail product launches end-to-end, ensuring seamless supply chain processes from concept to delivery through cross-departmental collaboration.
  5. Identify and implement improvements in supply chain processes to optimise efficiency and performance.
  6. Lead projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the Retail and B2B supply chain on a global scale.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  1. Strong numerical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel (SQL is desirable).
  2. Background in supply chain, B2B, or commercial operations.
  3. Experience in a customer or client-facing environment.
  4. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative while maintaining attention to detail.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to manage cross-functional projects effectively.
  7. Knowledge of global supply chain processes and trends is advantageous.
