Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for Major Projects in the UK. You will lead bid supply chain strategy, drive early supplier engagement, and shape sourcing approaches to enhance competitiveness and project outcomes.
Working in a cross-functional team, you will govern risk, enable mobilisation readiness, and ensure alignment with bid objectives, client expectations, and commercial targets. The role offers hybrid working with strong career development.
As Supply Chain Manager will play a pivotal role in enabling successful work
winning and project delivery across Major Projects by leading strategic supply chain
engagement and market-facing activities. You will be working within a cross-functional
environment, the role ensures early alignment of supply chain capability with bid
objectives, client expectations, and commercial targets.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing robust supply chain strategies, securing early commitment from key partners, and shaping value-driven, compliant sourcing approaches that enhance competitiveness. Through proactive market engagement and strong supplier relationships, the Supply Chain Manager will ensure supply chain readiness, resilience, and mobilisation capability to support successful project outcomes
