The role leads a 6-person team and oversees procurement, supply planning and logistics to ensure product availability and supplier performance while driving cost efficiencies across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing and Logistics.
• Previous leadership or team management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of supply planning, inventory management and supplier performance.
• Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing or fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Ambitious and keen to develop within a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 6 Supply Chain professionals.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management and supply planning activities.
• Ensure stock availability while optimising working capital.
• Manage inbound logistics, imports and freight operations.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and Planning teams to support growth.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost-saving initiatives and supply chain efficiencies.
• Monitor and report on key supply chain performance metrics.
