Job summary

Recycling Lives Services is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a two-person team and act as the main escalation point for supplier and commercial issues. The role sits between the Head of Supply Chain and the existing team, ensuring compliant performance aligned with client agreements and social value commitments.

You will drive KPI reporting, support pricing decisions, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to optimise operations and efficiency across UK-wide waste management

Qualifications

• Strong background in supply chain and/or procurement with leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing or supervising a team or readiness to move into first-line management.
• Knowledge of KPI measurement, performance reporting and contract/SLA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day line management and direction to Supply Chain team members.
• Escalate and resolve supplier or commercial issues at the appropriate level.
• Support pricing and commercial strategy, including tender pricing and supplier negotiations.
• Own the weekly KPI suite and ensure accurate data and timely reporting to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with client agreements, contracts and SLAs across supplier activity.
• Lead contract roll-out and mobilisation from pricing to live operation.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Purchase Ledger to resolve queries and maintain service continuity.
