Base pay range

This role will manage and enhance the end-to-end supply chain and data for the business. Our client is a global Life Sciences company based in Buckinghamshire, renowned for innovation, sustainability, and quality, and recognized as a leader in health solutions.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the supply chain function.
  • Develop, implement, and manage cross-functional, fully integrated planning processes.
  • Implement new processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience managing supply chains within the life sciences or similar industry.
  • Experience leading a small team (preferred).
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software.
