They keep our complex, international supply chains working seamlessly and efficiently. As a Supply Chain Manager (SCM), you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Amazon, from Operational teams who are fulfilling customer orders to Retail teams and everything in between. You’ll help us optimize our supply chains to enhance customer experience and improve energy and cost efficiency.
Being a Supply Chain Manager for Amazon involves problem solving. You’ll collaborate with various teams to navigate challenges impacting our network, resolve temporary issues, and look at strategic opportunities to achieve new objectives. The role is both proactive and reactive, with opportunities to forecast and plan for new projects.
You will handle both on-the-ground tasks and strategic work. No two days are the same; one day might involve defining supply chain models, and another assisting with resource planning during busy periods. This variety allows continuous learning and growth.
This role can be carried out from our corporate locations in London (LHR16 UK), Milan (LIN11 IT), and Madrid (MAD12 ES).
Our Amazon Groceries Logistics (AGL) team drives innovation and growth within Amazon’s grocery-related businesses, such as Amazon Fresh stores and online grocery services. We support new initiatives from concept to operational maturity, fostering a dynamic environment for professional development.
Preferred qualifications include experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or transportation planning, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quicksight. These are not mandatory for application.
