Job description for Supply Chain Manager
Here at Defence Equipment and Support, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join us and play a vital role in supporting UK defence capabilities. At DE&S we play a key part in equipping and supporting the armed forces with everything they need to ensure effective operational capability. As a supply chain manager, you will play a critical part in helping us achieve this mission.
You will be responsible for the delivery of supply chain activities for an agreed range of Inventory and support, key activities contributing to operational success across item data management, customer demand planning, inventory supply planning, supplier management, supply chain performance management and inventory disposals.

Interviews will take place face-to-face at MOD Sealand and will commence in the week commencing Monday 25th August 2025 (please note this is subject to change).

Regular in-person attendance is required (this is expected to be approximately 60% of your working week) to promote the benefits of face-to-face collaboration alongside flexibility of hours to support work-life balance and business need. Initially, you may be expected to attend more frequently to familiarise yourselves with the site, the team, and your role.
