Our client is a brand-leading FMCG company. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Manager.
The Role
- Responsible for leading the Supply Chain team and enhancing the supply chain operations.
- Ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless delivery of raw materials.
- Involves strategic planning, supplier management, purchasing, sourcing, demand planning, 3PL warehousing and transport, and continuous improvement to meet business objectives.
The Person
- Proven management experience in a supply chain function.
- Ideally degree qualified in logistics, business, or a related field, or have relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- FMCG experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, demand planning tools, and supply chain analytics.
- Experience in 3PL warehousing, freight, and logistics.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, cost optimization, and logistics efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
