The Supply Chain Manager role is a newly created senior leadership position on site with responsibility for the end-to‑end supply chain, providing strategic and operational leadership across Demand Planning, Procurement, Planning, Logistics and Internal & External warehouse operations.
The successful candidate will establish ownership of the order-to-delivery process, ensuring customer demand, material supply, production capacity and logistics operations are aligned to deliver outstanding customer service while optimising cost, inventory and operational performance. The role will be instrumental in developing robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, supporting site consolidation activities and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
