Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the timely delivery of products. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, as well as proficiency in various analytical tools and systems.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Kaizen to streamline operations.
  5. Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics for senior management.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
  3. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS and SAP.
  4. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  5. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
  7. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
