The Role

Club L London is scaling new heights, we are looking for a commercially astute and visionary Supply Chain Manager to lead and elevate our global supply chain operations.

You’ll play a key role in building a robust, scalable, and tech-enabled supply chain that not only supports our rapid growth but also upholds the high standards of excellence that define Club L London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Club L London’s end-to-end supply chain strategy in line with our brand vision, commercial goals, and operational growth plans.
  • Manage a global logistics network, optimising freight (air, sea, land) to balance speed, cost, and customer expectations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to international trade laws, customs compliance, and documentation standards across all regions.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining premium service standards and upholding existing supplier relations
  • Negotiate supplier terms that support both quality and commercial targets.
  • Leverage data analytics to drive demand forecasting and dynamic inventory planning, minimising stockouts and overstocking.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure stock availability supports product launches, campaigns, and seasonal peaks.
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of ERP, WMS, and SCM technologies to improve tracking, visibility, and decision-making.
  • Continuously enhance operational workflows through automation, digitisation, and KPI-driven performance management.
  • Proactively manage global supply chain risks—including supplier disruption, political instability, and logistical bottlenecks.
  • Embed ethical and sustainable practices across the supply chain, ensuring Club L London meets its ESG commitments and customer expectations.
  • Lead and develop the supply chain team to ensure effective coordination of operations, whilst fostering a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven leadership in global supply chain operations
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade compliance, Incoterms, customs regulations, and cross-border logistics.
  • Strong leadership, commercial insight, and operational excellence in a high-growth environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Track record managing complex supply chains across Asia, North America, the Middle East, and Europe.
  • Experience with modern ERP and SCM systems such as Business Central, PeopleVox, SAP, or similar.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, trend-driven retail environment, with a passion for ecommerce and operational innovation.
  • Experience working with/for freight forwarding companies
