Location: Hybrid / Luton

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Europa is a long-established and trusted name in the UK electrical wholesale market, proudly celebrating over 51 years in business. We’re now looking for a confident, proactive, and organised Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain function and drive improvements across supplier performance, product development support, and internal collaboration.

In this role, you’ll manage a team of three Supply Chain Coordinators, each responsible for their own supplier accounts. You’ll provide leadership, coaching, and escalation support while owning key metrics such as OTIF, stock availability, and forecast accuracy. You’ll also work closely with our Product Development team to source new suppliers and support product launches.

We're looking for someone who thrives on structure, leads by example, and drives accountability. You’ll be responsible for process review, change implementation, and ensuring strong cross-functional relationships with teams across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a supply chain, procurement, or inventory leadership role
  • Strong team management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • ERP/MRP system experience (Syspro preferred)
  • Highly organised with a commercial, data-driven mindset
  • Confident leading change and driving performance
  • CIPS Level 4 (desirable)
