We’re on the lookout for a confident, experienced Supply Chain Manager to step into at a fast-growing b2b business looking to take things to the next level in 2025.

The company? A major player their space, known for partnering with household-name brands to deliver standout digital experiences. They’re scaling quickly and need someone who can support logistics, procurement, and supplier performance across the business.

The details:

• Salary: From £35k - £37k (DOE)
• Location: 3 days PW in Huddersfield office (Must be based in the UK without visa or sponsorship requirements)

An already developed brand with key relationships already established, this is a pivotal role that will give you the chance to lead a high-performing function, drive operational improvements, and support strategic supply chain initiatives. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery and supplier partnerships.

Core tasks include:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient delivery across channels.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and demand forecasting.
• Resolve escalations, improve processes, and maintain H&S compliance.
• Build strong supplier partnerships and support contract negotiations.
• Identify new suppliers/products aligned to business needs.
• Maintain accurate records and support procurement strategy.
• Lead and inspire a collaborative team culture.
• Monitor supplier performance and support cost-saving/sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal policies.
