We re currently working with a well-established and fast-growing manufacturing company. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a driven and experienced professional to lead purchasing, stock management, and the wider supply chain function.

The Supply Chain Manager role offers the chance to make a real impact in a pivotal leadership position within a thriving business.

Salary to GBP65k Bonus Private Healthcare 25 Days Holiday + BH Early Finish Fridays

Supply Chain Manager Key Essentials:

  • Oversee all procurement activities and ensure cost-effective purchasing across the business

  • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy and availability

  • Manage goods in/out processes in close coordination with warehouse and production teams

  • Raise and manage internal work orders for departmental needs

  • Maintain, verify, and negotiate supplier price lists for best value

  • Ensure the supply chain supports all operational and production demands

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast demand and maintain optimum stock levels

  • Continuously review and improve purchasing and logistics processes

Supply Chain Manager Requirements:

  • Proven background in supply chain or purchasing management within a manufacturing or engineering setting

  • Strong understanding of procurement and inventory best practices

  • Skilled negotiator with excellent supplier management capabilities

  • Highly organised with analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

This is a full-time, office-based role with core working hours and an early finish every Friday.
