More About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Horticulture business based across three sites in Derby, Spalding, and Holland. Our factories are fast-paced, highly demanding, and ever-changing.

Reporting to the Site Manager(s), you will be responsible for the long-term strategy and daily delivery of the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring all products reach customers on time. You will also focus on optimizing operations while demonstrating market leader behaviors.

Leading a team, you will be accountable for:

• Delivering the site's KPIs and planned service levels
• Ensuring compliance and delivery of the end-to-end supply chain across the division
• Meeting KPIs for all stakeholders and driving actions to improve service and profits
• Developing and coaching the team to improve supply chain processes and drive improvements
• Ensuring forecasts are relevant and challenged to meet customer service and financial targets
• Establishing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures with measurable metrics

About You
In addition to strong leadership skills, you will have:

• Experience in a Supply Chain/Logistics role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with knowledge of import compliance
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service and making challenging decisions
• A track record of improving supply chain processes by applying industry best practices
• Experience in implementing and improving supply chain systems within a Manufacturing-to-Retail operation is highly desirable
• Leadership skills that motivate your team to exceed expectations, foster collaboration, develop talent, and create career progression plans
