Join Our Supply Chain Team at The Compleat Food Group

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Clitheroe. If you're a strategic thinker passionate about optimising operations, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage labour and revenue budgets
• Ensure seamless flow of goods from raw materials to delivery of finished products
• Oversee planning, logistics, and supplier relationships
• Lead, problem-solve, and strategise to drive supply chain excellence

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

Your Duties:

• Develop and review KPIs for your team
• Manage team performance and development
• Implement process improvements to reduce costs and complexity
• Participate in meetings aligning with business goals
• Lead projects to support business success
• Maintain accurate stock and documentation
• Collaborate to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure resource availability
• Support wider team tasks as assigned

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• 5+ years in food industry supply chain management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of UK food regulations and best practices
