What’s Required?

• Proven experience in supply chain management, purchasing, or logistics within a manufacturing environment
• Strong ERP experience, with a preference for MS Dynamics 365
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop teams
