Due to continued growth, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to strengthen the operations senior team, focusing on improving, planning, purchasing, and inventory management to maximize business potential.

About the role:

As Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of fleet parts and will be responsible for:

• Developing, improving, and implementing procurement processes and supply chain strategy to support business growth.
• Managing the Demand Planning process.
• Reviewing fleet parts requirements and identifying potential supplier sources.
• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to optimize procurement and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
• Managing supplier and vendor contracts.
• Monitoring procurement budgets and ensuring adherence.
• Identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or service.
• Assessing and mitigating supply chain risks.
• Developing contingency plans for disruptions.
• Evaluating procurement processes for improvements.
• Implementing best practices and innovative solutions for efficiency.
• Managing team performance and development.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of procurement and supply chain software.
• Proficiency in contract management and supplier performance evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic mindset with effective sourcing strategies.
• Business acumen and understanding of procurement financials.
