About the Role

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning, planning and forecasting across multiple production sites, bringing clarity, consistency and renewed momentum to a highly respected food manufacturing business. In this pivotal position, you’ll streamline planning processes, foster stronger cross-functional collaboration, and build a supply chain that’s agile, resilient and equipped to meet ambitious growth targets and ever-evolving market demands. This multi-faceted role requires extensive experience managing complex supply chains, along with strong leadership, sharp analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, respond swiftly to shifting priorities and adapt with confidence. This hybrid role includes four days on-site at our client’s North West site and one day working from home, this is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished professional to make a tangible impact on business performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• To develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies across a multi-site operation, driving efficiency and supporting business objectives
• To lead demand forecasting, capacity planning and inventory optimization across the sites to meet customer needs while minimizing waste and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field

• Proven experience in a senior supply chain role within a multi-site, fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, forecasting, inventory management and logistics
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
