Women in Data® in Southampton is seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Insights Analyst to join our growing Analytics & Data Science team. You will turn data into clear insights to optimise performance across supply chain and logistics, helping leaders make smarter decisions.

The role requires curiosity, problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex datasets into impactful recommendations for operational stakeholders. Hybrid working with one day in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytical roles within supply chain or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Use data to uncover insights that drive better decisions in supply chain and logistics.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for operational stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analytical processes to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams to understand challenges and support decision-making.
• Tackle a wide range of problems from performance optimisation to understanding availability drivers.
• Deliver deep-dive analyses highlighting risks, opportunities and continuous improvement areas.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to influence decision-making at all levels.
• Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to deliver scalable analytical solutions.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven thinking across supply chain and logistics.

We're looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Insights Analyst to join our growing Analytics & Data Science team at an exciting time. Data is playing an increasingly important role across our operations, helping to optimise performance, improve efficiency, and support smarter decision-making across supply chain and logistics.

Key Accountabilities:

• Use data to uncover insights that drive better business decisions and improve supply chain and logistics performance
• Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling stories and actionable recommendations for operational stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting and analytical processes, improving efficiency and consistency
• Partner closely with Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial teams to understand challenges and support decision-making
• Tackle a wide range of problems, from performance optimisation to understanding availability drivers
• Deliver deep-dive analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities and areas for continuous improvement
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing and supporting decision-making at all levels
• Work collaboratively with analysts and data scientists to deliver scalable and impactful analytical solutions

Required skills & experience:
