Job Description

Role Overview:

As the Logistics Executive, you’ll be involved with end-to-end supply chain management, overseeing the movement of goods into UK & EU warehouses and out to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service – Communicate with major retail and wholesale customers regarding orders, ensuring smooth processes end-to-end.
• Manage 3PLs (warehouses & hauliers) to coordinate, invoice, and ensure smooth operations.
• Accurately update SAP system regarding products, new customers, and customer demand.
• Work with warehousing to meet KPIs and 'On Time in Full' requirements.
• Forecast and audit inventory to maximize cost and material efficiency.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch, French, or German (Speaking & Writing)
• Analytical approach to work with the ability to identify streamlining and cost reduction opportunities.
• Experience with order processing and liaising with 3PLs & customers.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Pro-active attitude with process control capabilities.
