Responsibilities

• Supporting supplier selection and strategy for key defence programmes.
• Leading tenders, negotiations, and contract agreements with 3rd party vendors.
• Managing supplier performance, availability, and pricing to meet delivery targets.
• Handling obsolescence risks and escalating any issues impacting project schedules.
• Driving continuous improvement in supplier operations and procurement processes.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure supplier alignment with programme goals.

Skills

Strong supply chain or subcontract management experience in complex environments

Skilled in contract law, negotiation, and supplier relationship management

Familiarity with defence, aerospace, or engineering-led projects

Ability to balance cost, quality, and delivery in supplier decision-making

Confident working across teams and influencing commercial outcomes

Eligible for (or currently hold) UK SC security clearance

What You’ll Be Doing:
