A logistics and customer service provider in West London is seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Assistant. The role involves managing the daily logistics operations, including order processing, customer inquiries, and administrative support for logistics and sales teams. Ideal candidates will have logistics experience and strong communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work model with in-office days.
Status:Permanent
Salary:£40,000pa
Work hour:Mon to Fri, 9:00 – 17:00
Hybrid:least 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) at the office.
Location:West London
The role’s main aim is to support the daily logistics operations and coordinate activities between customers, external partners and our commercial team.
