Job Description Supply Chain - Industrial Placement 12 Months Paddington, London UK

Vertex is looking for enthusiastic, curious and dedicated students to join our International Supply Chain team for a one-year Industrial Placement. This based position is located at our International HQ based at Paddington, London. Applicants should be undertaking a relevant degree qualification and ideally have a strong interest in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry.

Role Description

The International Supply Chain Team leads the Commercial Supply Operations across the International region, making sure that Vertex’s innovate new medicines arrive at the right place in the right time all across the globe.

The candidate would gain extensive knowledge of the supply chain operations behind bringing commercialised pharmaceutical product to the patient.

During Industrial Placements you will get the opportunity to learn about our industry from a hands-on perspective.

You will be working closely with and learning from some of the brightest people in the industry.

Students can expect to be challenged by their work, connect with other students, and feel valued by the Vertex community.

• Currently enrolled in a life science or supply chain-related university qualification
