Vertex is seeking a Marketing Industrial Placement Student for the Distributor Region, based in London. You’ll support CF product launches across multiple markets, develop training materials, and collaborate with distributor partners worldwide under mentorship from the Marketing Director.
This hands-on placement emphasizes cross-cultural collaboration, regional campaigns, and exposure to international healthcare environments, with a hybrid work model and formal mentorship.
Vertex is a global biotechnology company that aims to discover, develop, and commercialize innovative new medicines so people with serious diseases can lead better lives. As a leader in breakthrough therapies for Cystic Fibrosis (CF), Vertex combines cutting-edge science with a mission-driven culture focused on improving patient outcomes.
The Distributor Region spans over 40 markets across Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, where Vertex operates through trusted third-party Distributor partners rather than local affiliates.
The Distributor Region Marketing team, based in London Paddington, provides strategic direction, commercial support, and launch excellence across this diverse and dynamic region.
We are seeking a proactive and curious Marketing Industrial Placement Student to join our Distributor Region Marketing Team, reporting to the Marketing Director. The role focuses on the Cystic Fibrosis (CF) franchise and supports the commercial launches of Vertex’s latest CF products across Distributor markets.
