Job Description:

We are now looking for a Supply Chain Improvement Lead to join a new manufacturing facility in Bristol, to lead improvement projects.

Owing to continued rapid growth of the manufacturing facility, there are opportunities to lead projects to improve the Supply Chain processes.

Ideally from a manufacturing background, with experience leading supply chain improvement projects, you will define and implement best practice processes to meet the operational targets.

You will develop standardised reporting for supply chain, in order book management, shortage management, cost down and supplier performance scorecards.

Leading on the supply chain process improvements, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and sub-contract suppliers.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional, who excels in driving continuous improvement while delivering sustainable business benefits.

You should possess exceptional technical and communication skills, particularly in recognising and implementing industry best practices within the supply chain.

Strong leadership and management experience are crucial for spearheading transformative change in the Supply Chain function.

As a valued member of the Management Team, you will play a key role in executing business strategy, building robust relationships with other departments, and championing ongoing development across the business.

Experience and Qualifications:

We are looking for 5 or more years’ of Supply Chain experience (Purchasing Manager or other), plus MCIPS or similar degree and a Project Management qualification.

In addition to your experience working in Supply Chain Management, ERP and MRP systems, you should have a proven track record in Process Improvement with proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.

Additional Information:

Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK / Europe and hold a full driving licence. Copies of Passports / Visas will be requested for verification
