A growing wellness brand in London is looking for a Supply Chain Executive to oversee all aspects of supply planning and logistics. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in supply chain management and be highly organized. This role offers a salary of up to £38k with hybrid working options, including private healthcare and 25 days of holiday.

The Role:

We’re looking for someone ready to hit the ground running and deliver operational excellence. Here's how:

  • Oversee all aspects of the supply planning process, from procurement to delivery.
  • Manage inbound logistics from global suppliers, ensuring seamless compliance with international shipping regulations.
  • Track and optimise inventory across international distribution centres.
  • Create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials and manage lifecycle of SKUs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality and supply issues.
  • Support broader procurement initiatives and cost efficiency reporting.
  • Provide critical support to key operational projects for the leadership team.

About You:

  • Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, and international logistics (min. 3 years).
  • Strong supplier and 3PL management experience.
  • Highly organised with advanced Excel and solid analytical skills.
  • Experience in an SME or scale-up environment is essential.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
  • Resilient, proactive, and detail-driven – able to thrive in a high-standard, fast-growth setting.
  • ERP experience is a plus.
