Job summary

Ignite, a dynamic UK supplement brand, is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to join the team and report to the Head of Operations. You will sit at the heart of operations, supporting logistics, fulfilment and inventory management to ensure smooth day-to-day running.

You will drive process improvements, streamline stock flows and work cross-functionally to deliver great products and customer experiences. A strong eye for detail, analytical mindset and proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel are

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in operations or supply chain.
• Experience working with retailers is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end processes and improve workflows.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Solutions-focused and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills and proficient with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience with inventory management or fulfilment systems is a bonus.

We are excited to be partnering with one of the UK's most dynamic supplement brands, known for its focus on quality, innovation and sustainability. As the business continues to grow at pace, they are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to join their team, reporting to the Head of Operations. You will play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What will you be doing?

You will sit at the heart of operations, supporting logistics, fulfilment and inventory management to ensure seamless day to day running of the business. This role will give you the opportunity to improve processes, manage stock flows and tackle operational challenges as they arise. You will also have plenty of autonomy to streamline workflows, support system improvements and work cross functionally to deliver great products and experiences for customers.

Key responsibilities include:
