Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology is seeking an exceptional leader to join us as a Supply Chain Excellence Manager. In this pivotal role, you will motivate and guide a team within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
In this role, you will be a results-driven, experienced, and highly adaptable Supply Chain Excellence Manager, leading change and aware of future industry trends. Your prime responsibilities will be to lead the SCE function and support the Head of Supply Chain Management in defining, developing, and localizing the departmental strategy.
The Supply Chain Excellence function plays a pivotal role within SCM, taking ownership of and driving critical areas including Lean Manufacturing, Productivity enhancements, Engineering Change Management, Digitalization in Manufacturing, and Method Study. As a key member of the SCM Leadership Team, you will serve as a role model for Siemens Healthineers Values and the Healthineers Performance System (HPS).
Your subject matter expertise will be instrumental in maximizing profitability and supporting the success of our established site in Eynsham, Oxford, as well as our cutting-edge Industry 4.0 production facility opening in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
