Job Title – Supply Chain / Documentation Coordinator

Department/Sector – Accounts

Job Location – Tilbury

Salary – £20-24k

One of our largest logistic clients has the great opportunity for a Documentation Coordinator to join their team. They have offices grouped in 5 regions including Europe, Africa and the Middle East, working with management suppliers for the operation and interconnections of ocean and air freight platforms. Our hugely successful client has invested in a wealth of training available to employees to encourage professional development within the company.

As Documentation Coordinator you will be responsible for the control of export sea and air documentation on behalf of their clients in the chemical area. You will be responsible for participating in the full documentation process.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with shipping companies ensuring Bills of Lading and receipt
  • Preparation of Movement and Insurance Certificates as well as Certificates of Origin via online facilities
  • Full dispatch of documentation packs to customers and action of enquiries
  • Raising of courier files

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years industry experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Easily able to adapt to changes
  • Accurate and fast keyboard skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
