Job summary

FASHION PERSONNEL is recruiting for a Supply Chain & Distribution Coordinator in London. The role supports movement of product from suppliers through to warehouses, stores, wholesale partners and online customers in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Based at Old Street with hybrid working, you will coordinate import shipments, manage freight forwarder relationships and ensure accurate tariff codes and origin data while assisting with customs clearance and logistics reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within logistics, supply chain or import/export.
• Knowledge of HMRC customs procedures.
• Experience working with freight forwarders.
• Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator who can manage multiple priorities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised logistics professional with import/export knowledge and freight forwarding experience to take ownership of day-to-day supply chain operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

What We're Looking For

Pre' experience within logistics, supply chain or import/export
