Job Title: Supply Chain Director, EMEA

Salary: £130k - £160k base salary, plus package (including car allowance, STIP and LTIP)

Location: West London (3 days in head office with occasional international travel)

Eton Bridge Partners are excited to be working in exclusive partnership with one of our publicly listed multinational clients, that is a market leader in their manufacturing segment, to appoint a Supply Chain Director, to join them on a permanent basis, and lead EMEA region.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Director who is up to the task of leading the function across the c. £200m revenue EMEA business unit.

Key criteria:

  1. Current or prior experience leading a supply chain within a business, region, or division
  2. Supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing business
  3. Must have experience sourcing from global markets, including the APAC region
  4. Have lead strategic initiatives to improve S&OP process
  5. Proactive change leader with a track record of driving continuous improvement
  6. Working within a business/business unit of similar scale would be highly advantageous
