Role Overview: Responsible for developing production and supply plans considering forecasts, material availability, and manufacturing capacity. The role involves identifying and maintaining appropriate planning parameters in ERP systems to optimize subassembly production and raw material supply plans. It may also include providing materials to manufacturing based on production schedules and ensuring proper shipping of finished goods to distribution centers, supporting management policies for customer delivery and inventory levels. This role includes planners and inventory control roles.

What you'll do:

• Create visible data management across the supply chain for effective decision-making and action planning.
• Review and analyze all MRP/ERP planning attributes to ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory turns.
• Handle complex, sometimes bespoke data analytical tasks to support team and business development.
• Develop training plans for the Supply Chain department and create work instructions for Oracle-based workflows, delivering user training.
• Manage a small portfolio of production planning and raw material purchasing, covering for team members during absences.

Who you are:

• Proficient in Oracle Planning and Material Management modules, with a degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, particularly in Materials/Planning and distribution.
• Advanced Excel skills, capable of constructing complex formulas and manipulating data sets for visualization.
• Motivated, with problem-solving skills and the ability to train others.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and other data systems.
• Experience with Production and Material Planning in Oracle/SAP.
