Responsibilities

• Develop production and supply plans considering forecasts, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
• Identify and maintain planning parameters in ERP systems to optimize subassembly production and raw material supply plans.
• Provide materials to manufacturing based on production schedules and ensure proper shipping of finished goods to distribution centers, supporting customer delivery and inventory policies.
• Coordinate with planners and inventory control roles.

What You'll Do

• Create visible data management across the supply chain for effective decision-making and action planning.
• Review and analyze MRP/ERP planning attributes to ensure on-time delivery and inventory optimization.
• Handle complex data analytical tasks to support team and business development.
• Develop training plans and create work instructions for Oracle workflows, delivering user training.
• Manage a portfolio of production planning and raw material buying, covering for team members during absences.

Who you are

• Experienced in Oracle Planning and Material Management modules; degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Supply Chain, specifically in Materials/Planning and distribution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating complex formulas and manipulating data sets.
• Motivated problem-solver with training skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI.
• Background in Production and Material Planning (Oracle/SAP).
