Rise Resourcing is partnering with a leading global provider to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator in Nottingham. You will manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and high service standards while coordinating with warehouses, hauliers, and internal teams.

The role requires strong SAP experience, intermediate Excel skills, and excellent communication with keen attention to detail across multiple tasks. Nottingham-based, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, administration, or a similar account-coordination role.
• Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and comfort working with systems/data.
• Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is beneficial, though not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day order processing and management using SAP.
• Monitor stock availability, track delivery progress, and proactively resolve potential logistics or account queries.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, warehouses, hauliers, and external partners to guarantee orders arrive on time and in full.
• Check order accuracy and communicate clearly with clients regarding delivery details, pricing, returns, or potential delays.
• Utilise SAP, Excel, and internal reporting tools to monitor account performance and identify process improvements.
