The Role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across purchasing, stock management, and logistics. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accounts and sales orders using spreadsheets and a bespoke trading system
  • Communicating with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve queries and manage deliveries
  • Monitoring stock levels and participating in regular stock control checks
  • Placing and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Managing supplier relationships to achieve the best possible pricing, quality, and service
  • Keeping accurate data and records to support decision-making
The Candidate

The successful candidate will:

  • Have proven experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or a similar office-based B2B role
  • Demonstrate confidence using Excel (basic formulas, reporting, and data management)
  • Possess excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with both customers and suppliers
  • Bring a proactive, professional approach and enjoy taking ownership of tasks
