TVS are working as part of Team Leidos, which is a team of defence and supply chain specialists supporting a major contract providing an end-to-end supply chain service delivering and inventory managing key commodities to the UK Ministry of Defence (clothing, medical, general supplies, tools, batteries, oils, lubricants & gases, food).
Please note we work on a hybrid model of three days working from home and two day in our offices in Emersons Green, Bristol each week. Therefore, you must be located within reasonable commuting distance to Bristol.
Key Activity:
Purchase Requisition Management – Supply Chain Coordinators (SCC) are responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of Purchase Requisition data from the TVS Enterprise Resource Planning system (Msys.ERP) to Sage (Purchase to Payment system) to enable Purchase Orders to be released to our suppliers.
Inbound Material Control – SCCs ensure compliance with the Advance Shipment Notification (ASN) process and respond to exception messages regarding inbound material flow (lead times, due dates, promise dates)
SCCs are subject matter experts within their specific commodities, managing supplier broad category groupings. Successful candidates could be employed in the clothing, medical or general supplies Supply Chain teams.
