Overview of a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Coordinator

Our client is seeking an SCM Coordinator to take ownership of customer interactions, manage supply chain planning, and support smooth operational delivery. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role requiring strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily communication with customers and build strong relationships
  • Manage weekly supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with business plans and KPIs
  • Analyse sales and demand data, update internal systems, and propose intake forecasts
  • Coordinate delivery order creation and maintain accurate order management
  • Collaborate with finance on credit control and invoice queries
  • Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely and complete deliveries
