Job description

As Carbon ThreeSixty continues to grow, the management of stores, inventory, goods in, and procurement has become increasingly critical to the success of the business. CTS is currently seeking a Coordinator/Operator to help oversee the smooth running of all goods in, stores, and stock/inventory control activities. Reporting to the Operations Director, the newly created role will also take on responsibility for coordinating routine procurement along with shipping and logistics activity.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, proficient computer and administrative skills, and be able to take ownership of their own area. Prior experience in a world-class manufacturing environment would be advantageous, ideally within the Aerospace, Automotive, or similar sectors. Previous experience working with composites would be an additional benefit but is not a requirement. Familiarity with Lean practices and tools such as 5S’s and 7 Wastes would also be advantageous.
