Job description

Are you ready to dive into an exciting role where you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch customer service for one of AJW’s largest contracts? If you're driven by excellence and thrive in exceeding service levels, then this opportunity is for you!

This role is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The working hours are Monday - Friday 0830-1730.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Spearheading the global distribution of aircraft component materials
2. Navigating the procurement process for aircraft component materials
3. Maintaining inventory levels within contractual agreements
4. Initiating team decision-making on transactions and escalating issues to internal and external management
5. Participating in departmental projects
6. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
7. Managing orders against expected timeframes and resolving queries efficiently

About you:

1. Are you passionate about aviation? Your enthusiasm is a perfect fit for our team!
2. You thrive in challenging situations, bouncing back from setbacks with resilience
3. Previous account management experience and forecasting skills are a plus but not essential
4. You enjoy analysing complex data to craft clear and effective solutions
