Duration: Ongoing

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Coordinator to oversee customer interactions, manage supply chain planning, and support operational delivery. This customer-facing role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily communication with customers and build strong relationships.
  • Manage weekly supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with business plans and KPIs.
  • Analyze sales and demand data, update internal systems, and propose intake forecasts.
  • Coordinate delivery order creation and maintain accurate order management.
  • Collaborate with finance on credit control and invoice queries.
  • Work with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
