Responsibilities Will Include
  • Supplier onboarding, such as trade and security compliance checks, ERP system supplier set up, etc.
  • Supplier related data management; including:
    • invoice matching
    • obtaining missing data/documentation;
    • obtaining and populating part data in the ERP system
  • Order book management including:
    • First point of call for obtaining data to allow order book management (delivery dates etc) including escalation into appropriate internal point of contact where necessary
  • Working with external suppliers as required e.g. raising RFQs, obtaining quotes and first point of contact for obtaining delivery updates
  • Supporting and where applicable leading procurement process driven tasks, e.g. new product introduction
  • Support the Supply Chain Team by completing administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as Finance, Engineering and Production.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Experience working within a Supply Chain function and/or within an administrative environment.
  • Experience working with an ERP system, such as Infor LN.
  • Good communication skills on all levels, able to build relationships with stakeholders across functions.
  • Willingness to support and embrace change in a fast-paced environment, comfortable developing within role.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Note: Due to the nature of work undertaken at SubSea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum Existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with Security Check likely for specific projects.
