Shift patterns: Monday to Friday Working Hours

Location: Brackmills, Northampton, NN4 7BW

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and managing product life cycles to ensure customer product availability on time and in full.
• Fostering effective operational relationships with global suppliers, freight management providers, and collaborating with Procurement, Operations, and Customer Services.
• Overseeing accurate forecasting, demand planning, and order management while managing inbound delivery performance and stockholding within budget.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, supporting the implementation of strategic supply chain solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental standards, while managing product wastage and obsolescence within agreed parameters.

This Role Would Suit People Who

• Have experience in Supply Chain management, which could contribute to our success, and are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Can demonstrate a proven track record in Supply Chain management, showing the ability to drive results.
• Utilize expertise in forecasting, demand planning, and order management to enhance operations.
• Are skilled in using Supply Chain systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Can manage and nurture relationships within our supplier base, ensuring collaboration and mutual growth.
