About The Role

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our regional team. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support to help the supply chain function run smoothly.

You’ll be involved in supporting procurement activities for work packages and consultancy services. You’ll also help prepare offers, submissions, and responses to queries from both customers and suppliers, ensuring everything is delivered on time.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Maintaining and managing procurement and supply chain records and databases.
  • Preparing management information for internal reporting.
  • Acting as the main contact for supplier records.
  • Responding to supplier queries promptly and within agreed timeframes.
  • Using our ERP system to raise requests and manage data.
  • Working with the Finance Team to receipt invoices against purchase orders.
  • Managing purchase requests in SharePoint before submission to the ERP system.
